Another Quickie...

Angela was back for a guest appearance. Yay!

My muscles are sore... so that's it for today.

  1. Hard to digest that, we have to work out 45 minutes to burn 500 calories, where as it will not even take 45 seconds to eat the same amount of calories with junk food !!
