Chest: 40.5 (-1)
Waist: 38.5 (-2)
Hip: 44.5 (-2)

That's 10lbs overall and that feels like progress! Not enough, but something... 10lbs a month is good but I want better.

I am aiming to be 225 or lower by my birthday (April 8).
