It was hilarious and thought provoking.
But it's gone with this in its place.
I ran on Monday (which was challenging and a true testimony to my fitness lost). I did laps on Tuesday. I am hoping to run today. Week 2, day 2 of my couch to 10k program.
I weighed in this am and I think my scale is broken unless I gained 11lbs over night... Possibly 11lbs of milk, but unlikely and a prime reason to only weigh in once a week.
