Woah! Kerry killed it today with cardio... I always love her spinning class, but today she dropped the strength training and went straight for the endless sprints and elevated heart rate.
My body is aching ALL over... it feels SO good.
Tonight is WEEK TWO of '100 push-ups'. I am already sore, but looking forward to the challenge.
